Born in Germany, I studied English/American and German literature and Media Science. I have been living in the UK for over ten years, worked as a senior translator and got a Diploma in Translation (English to German) before going freelance.


Ever since I started learning English aged 10, I've had a fascination with languages and have learned French, Latin, Italian and am currently studying Japanese.


As a bookworm and gamer I love translating dialogue, poems, puns, comics and other creative texts.
