Source text - English Three hundred years into the future, mankind has colonized nearby star systems and has united in one planetary federation. The Federation is always expanding. It sells newly discovered planets to mega-corporations so that they can commercially exploit them: terraforming planetary bodies until they are hospitable to humans. These worlds are then seeded with colonists who will go on to to create a developed industrial society. Political independence will eventually be gained when the planetary economy has evolved to the point where the colonists can “buy” the planet from the corporation after having paid off the terraforming development debts. The planet then becomes eligible to join the Federal Senate after a trial period of 50 years.
Translation - Spanish Trescientos años en el futuro, la humanidad ha colonizado los sistemas solares cercanos y ha creado una federación planetaria única. La Federación está en constante expansión. Vende planetas recién descubiertos a megaempresas para que los puedan explotar comercialmente: los terraforman hasta que son habitables por humanos y envían colonos, que se encargan de construir una sociedad industrial avanzada. Finalmente, los colonos pueden conseguir independencia política cuando la economía planetaria haya avanzado lo suficiente como para "comprarle" el planeta a la empresa pagando las deudas creadas por la terraformación. Tras un periodo de prueba de 50 años, el planeta podrá unirse al Senado Federal.

Source text - English When fate hands you lemons, make lemonade. That’s pretty much what happened to this team in the pre-season. Anchored in the Silver Series after almost making it into Gold, they were getting prepared for another season at the second level of the League. That is, until the unexpected forfeit of Supreme in the Gold Series offered them a last minute chance. In the open qualifier that was held to fill the vacant spot, this team defeated no less than 5 opponents to earn their place at the highest level.

Translation - Spanish Dicen que al mal tiempo hay que ponerle buena cara. Pues eso es lo que hizo este equipo en pretemporada. Tras casi conseguir ascender a la Serie de Oro, se estaban preparando para otra temporada en el segundo nivel de la Liga, la Serie de Plata, pero el inesperado abandono de Supreme en la división superior les dio una última oportunidad. En el torneo clasificatorio para cubrir el puesto vacante, derrotaron a nada menos que 5 rivales para ganarse su plaza en el más alto nivel.
