Source text - English This Divorce Agreement and Property Settlement between John Glenn Doe, of Durham County, North Carolina, hereinafter referred to as “Husband”, and Mary Jane Doe, of Wake County, North Carolina, hereinafter referred to as “Wife”, shall become effective as of the date that it has been executed by each party hereto;
WITNESSETH1:
THAT, WHEREAS2, the parties hereto were married on December 25, 1990, and certain differences have arisen between them rendering it undesirable for them to continue to live together as Husband and Wife, by reason whereof they separated on April 15, 1997, and have agreed to live separate and apart permanently; and WHEREAS, there were no children born of the marriage; and WHEREAS, each of the parties is more than 18 years of age, and they desire to confirm their separation and to make arrangements in connection therewith, including the settlement and adjustment of their property rights and other rights, responsibilities, and obligations growing out of their marital relationship; and WHEREAS, after mature consideration and judgment, each party having had the opportunity to seek independent legal counsel from an attorney of his or her respective choice, each party believes it is in his or her own respective best interests to enter into this Divorce Agreement and Property Settlement and each party considers this Agreement to be fair, reasonable and equitable; and WHEREAS, each party has read this Agreement, fully understands the terms, conditions and provisions hereof and deems such to be fair, just, and equitable; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the mutual promises and undertakings herein contained and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, each party stipulates, agrees and covenants with the other as follows:
1. General. From and after the date of this Agreement, it shall be lawful for Husband and Wife to live separate and apart, each from the other, as fully, completely and in the same manner and to the same extent as though they had never been married.
2. Interference. Husband and Wife each shall be free from interference, restraint, authority and control, direct or indirect, by the other, as fully as if he or she were single and unmarried. Neither party hereto shall hereafter disturb, annoy, molest, harass or in any way interfere with the other, directly or indirectly, nor compel or endeavor to compel the other to cohabit or dwell with him or her.
3. Residence. Subject to the limitations set out herein with respect to the payment of alimony, John and Mary may reside at such place or places and reside or associate with such person or persons as each of them may deem fit or as each of them may desire.

With an anxiety that almost amounted to agony, I collected the instruments of life around me, that I might infuse a spark of being into the lifeless thing that lay at my feet. It was already one in the morning; the rain pattered dismally against the panes, and my candle was nearly burnt out, when, by the glimmer of the half-extinguished light, I saw the dull yellow eye of the creature open; it breathed hard, and a convulsive motion agitated its limbs.
How can I describe my emotions at this catastrophe, or how delineate the wretch whom with such infinite pains and care I had endeavoured to form? His limbs were in proportion, and I had selected his features as beautiful. Beautiful! Great God! Discover the beauty and awesome power of Niagara Falls on a day trip from New York. You’ll fly to Upstate New York, tour the falls on both the US and Canadian sides (don’t forget your passport!), see all the sights, including a ride on the historic “Maid of the Mist” or taking a “Journey Behind the Falls”. And at the end of an amazing day you’ll take an evening flight back to New York.
After being collected from your hotel, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Upstate New York (approximately one hour). On arrival, you will be met by your guide for the day to board the bus to Niagara Falls.
After lunch, you will board the famous “Maid of the Mist” boat for an up-close experience of Niagara Falls. The 30-minute cruise takes you through the foaming waters to the base of the American Falls and the basin of Horseshoe Falls. You will get close enough to the falls to feel the cool mist on your skin.
The “Maid of the Mist” operates only in the warmer months, from May to October, so if you are traveling from November to April you will visit the "Journey Behind the Falls". An elevator will take you behind the great sheet of Niagara Falls down to a thunderous up-close view of Niagara Falls.

Descubre la belleza y la majestuosidad de las cataratas del Niágara durante un viaje de un día que arranca desde la ciudad de Nueva York. Cogeremos un vuelo al estado de Nueva York, haremos una travesía por los lados estadounidense y canadiense (¡hay que llevar pasaporte!), disfrutaremos de todas las vistas, sin olvidar el paseo a bordo del histórico barco Maid of the Mist o el famoso «Journey Behind the Falls» (viaje tras las cataratas). Y, al final de este día increíble, cogeremos el avión de vuelta a la ciudad.
Al salir del hotel, iremos al aeropuerto para coger el avión al estado de Nueva York (una hora de vuelo, aproximadamente). Nada más llegar, nos encontraremos con el guía que nos acompañará ese día y subiremos al autobús rumbo a nuestro destino.
Después de comer, embarcaremos en el famoso Maid of the Mist para vivir una experiencia de lo más próximo a las cataratas del Niágara. El crucero de 30 minutos nos llevará a través de las espumosas aguas hasta las faldas de la catarata estadounidense y la cuenca de la catarata Horseshoe.
