Translation - Albanian Kushte të përgjithshme
1. Të drejtat dhe detyrimet lidhur me marrëdhenien e punës rregullohen me përparësi nga kontrata individuale e punës.
2. Kontrata individuale e punës mbështetet kryesisht në Kodin e Punës, pa përjashtuar pjesën tjetër të legjislacionit.
3. Kontrata e punës është një marrëveshje ndërmjet punëmarrësit dhe punëdhënësit, që rregullon marrëdheniet e punës dhe përmban të drejtat dhe detyrimet e palëve.
4. Në këtë kontratë punëmarrësi merr përsipër të ofrojë punën dhe shërbimin e vet, për një periudhë të caktuar apo të pacaktuar kohe, në kuadër të organizimit të urdhërave të punëdhënësit, i cili merr përsipër të paguajë një shpërblim për punën e kryer.
