Source text - English MSIM and its investment management affiliates have established procedures for the allocation of shares of securities offered as part of any initial or secondary offering (“Offering Shares”). These procedures provide that in the allocation of Offering Shares to participating client accounts, each such participating client account will be treated fairly and equitably. In order for a client account to receive Offering Shares, the Portfolio Manager, after determining the suitability of such Offering Shares for the client, must complete a trade order ticket indicating interest on behalf of the client account. The trading desk will allocate all Offering Shares received across all participating client accounts based on the indication of interest for each such account on the trade order ticket. In the event that the requests for Offering Shares exceed the allocation received by the designated trading desk, each participating client account will receive a pro rata allocation based upon its net asset value relative to the combined net asset value of all participating client accounts. Any exception must be pre-approved by the head of the relevant investment team or his/her designee and the Compliance Department. The explanation for the exception must be written on the trade order ticket.

Translation - English The global economy was slowly recovering. In 2010, the global economy gradually picked up, led by the sustained rebound of global trade, the rapid expansion of emerging market economies and the strong growth of corporate profits, but lacked a solid foundation. The job market in major developed economies continued to be weak. The U. S. unemployment rate remained high at 9.8%, and the rate in the Eurozone even exceeded 10%. The autonomous growth momentum of the economies had not yet been fully triggered, and the growth rate showed a trend of slowing down with the reduced effect of policy stimulus and inventory reconstruction. The sovereign debt problems of some European countries had also dragged down the steady recovery of the global economy.
The European sovereign debt crisis had experienced ups and downs. Since the end of 2009, the sovereign risks of some Eurozone countries, headed by Greece, had broken out one after another, and then evolved into the European sovereign debt crisis in the second quarter of 2010.
