I am a 100% native english speaking male, I was born and raised in a british colony. at the age of 20, after i had graduated in letters and arts, i left my country to seek oppoptunities in another country, because of the lack of the same in my own country, that was in 1984.

first i started out studying and learning another language, which was dutch, i spent years working as a waiter in holland and going to school to make sure that i learned the language spoken there, because i knew that one day it was going to be of great use to me. after 8 long years of work and study in holland i was offered a job as a tourist guide to bring a group of elderly people to Brazil for a vacation, the trip went so well that i kept on bringing people of all ages to Brazil.

after a few trips to Brazil i met a Brazilian girl who was to become my wife and she got pregnant, that was around the year 1993, at that time tourism was really booming in Brazil and there was a lot of money to be made, while studying, doing tourism and working in hotels in brazil i learned the Brazilian language, which is portuguese, as my wife had become pregnant and had given birth to our baby, i decided that i would live and study in Brazil.

living in Brazil was good at first, but then in the year 2000,  there was a crisis and tourism slowed down, in the meantime i had met some very important people in brazil and they had encouraged me to start an english course, since then i have been active teaching (the directors), (the managers) and (the staff) at all the main banks in the city where i live. i have also taught almost half of the population and done all kinds of services within the english language, especially translations and interpretations and proficiency tests for Brazilians. i like working with languages and people and i have even started to write a book of my own, i hope that it will be a bestseller.
