Bio
I have a scientific background in the field of computer science, while my professional experience in translation includes also the fields of law, aviation, business management and English literature.
My translation process is a creative one, and for this reason I like to perform in the areas of transcreation and literary translation. Though as I have begun a new career in science, I have slowly added further fields to my portfolio, namely software and hardware, technical manuals, and niche technologies, such as blockchain.
During my career as a translator, I have processed a total of over half-a-million words from Swedish, Finnish and Norwegian into English and Spanish. Moreover, I am proficient in a handful of CAT tools, and can also create custom programs to automate large tasks, such as databases or report packages.
