I am a bachelor in Biotechnology, and currently finishing a PhD in the research field of Cell and Molecular Biology. I spent 7 years in Switzerland where I completed basic education and started a Life Science graduation. I lived in the francophone region of Switzerland and spent 1 year in a swiss germanophone city to improve the german I learned at school. After I returned to my homeland, Brazil, I graduated in Biotechnology and followed an academic path in science, with a master's degree and an ongoing doctoral degree in cell and molecular biology specifically dealing with RNA viruses. For 8 years I have been reading and writing scientific data in English. Unfortunately, English is the only foreign language I have the occasion to practice. In 2019, I stayed 3 months in South France to develop part of my PhD project and figured that I didn't lose all the practice and I still can speak and write French at almost native level. This year I decided to dedicate myself to putting my language skills to work: at the same time I render a translation service, I can practice. I work with CAT tools and I am capable of quality translation and localization jobs. Please contact me and let's work together! |
