[Narrator]: Mercy and Lucia are personas, or fictional characters based on the real life experiences of people with disabilities in Nairobi.
[Narrator]: Globally 10.6 million people with disabilities are displaced. These people are at higher risk of falling through the cracks in accessing services, especially mobile services.
