Contractual documents and order of priority:
The T&Cs are supplemented by other contractual documents, such as the Quality Charter, the Ethics Charter, and ancillary contracts defining the conditions specific to certain Services (such as BackCare, BackShip or BackRepair).
In the event of a conflict between these documents, the following order of priority shall apply:
(a) the T&Cs prevail over the Charter, and (b) the conditions of the additional Services prevail over the T&Cs and the Charter only in respect of the conditions of such Service.
Dependence of contractual documents:
If the T&Cs are terminated for any reason whatsoever, the other contractual documents shall lapse.
