Source text - English Your Digital Footprint
Every time you go online you leave a trail. This is just like a real footprint. It reveals where you’ve been, how long you stayed and what you’ve been doing there. Every time you register for an online service, send an email, download a video or upload a photo, the information can be accessed and your digital footprint can be revealed. This shouldn’t necessarily be worrying but it is advisable to be aware of your digital footprint and to be cautious and sensible when you are online.
Here are six top tips for taking care of your digital footprint:
1. Don’t forget to log off when you leave a website, especially if you are using a shared computer.
2. Don’t tell anyone your passwords and don’t write them down in an obvious place.
3. Tell an adult if you come across anything online that makes you upset, anxious or concerned.
4. Remember your favorite websites by using the history button and the bookmark function on your computer or mobile device. However, remember to clear your browser history regularly.
5. If you want to post comments online, you don’t have to use your own name. Invent a nickname to use instead.
6. Protect your identity online and be careful about who you share personal information with.
All kinds of people are interested in your digital footprint. It's now quite common for colleges, universities and employers to check out the online profiles of possible candidates as part of their application process. There are cases of people having missed out on jobs and places in college because their digital footprint didn’t impress the recruiters. So, remember to keep safe, don’t put too much personal information online and always think carefully before you post something. Ask yourself, ‘Would I be happy for absolutely everyone to see this?’

(adds quotes)
LEEDS, England, Nov 30 (Reuters) - A stoppage-time penalty from Brazilian winger Raphinha earned Leeds United a 1-0 home win over Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Tuesday, as they moved five points clear of the relegation zone.
The result left Palace 12th in the standings on 16 points from 14 games while Leeds moved two places up to 15th on 15 points after they ground out their third league win of the season.
Leeds dominated possession but lacked any edge up front as the best chances fell to the visitors before Marc Guehi handled a corner and Raphinha made no mistake with the spot kick, awarded after a VAR check.
Palace manager Patrick Vieira was disappointed.
"I’m frustrated because we were the better team and when you don’t put away your chances, you know you can get punished," the former France midfielder told the BBC.
"We just have to accept the result. Some of the games have gone in our favour, tonight it didn’t. We don’t have time to feel sorry for ourselves."
After a dull first half devoid of any chances, Leeds' Rodrigo dragged a Daniel James cross from the left well wide of the near post in the 53rd, as he failed to turn and get a shot on target.
Christian Benteke then missed a pair of sitters for Palace, heading wide at the far post before home keeper Illan Meslier scrambled to smother the striker's feeble close-range shot on the line.
Those misses proved costly for the visitors after the ball hit Guehi's raised arm deep into stoppage time, with Raphinha stroking the penalty past visiting keeper Vicente Guaita to delight the home fans at Elland Road.
Leeds midfielder Kalvin Phillips was relieved after they ground out the win and dismissed reports that he had fallen out with manager Marcelo Bielsa.
"It is a massive win for us, we are very happy and have to try and go on a run of games now - we have a tough run of games before Christmas," said the England enforcer.
"I will play any position the manager asks me - if he wants me to play centre back I will play centre back, if he wants me to play goalkeeper I'll play goalkeeper.
"I saw a lot of things on social media and TV that me and the manager had fallen out, it's never been the case and I wanted to put that to bed."
Norwich's Pukki denies 10-man Newcastle first win
(Adds details)
NEWCASTLE, England, Nov 30 (Reuters) - Teemu Pukki's superb late equaliser denied 10-man Newcastle United a first Premier League win of the season as the crucial relegation clash ended 1-1 at St James' Park on Tuesday.
Callum Wilson's second-half penalty looked like sealing victory for Newcastle who played virtually the whole game a man down after Ciaran Clark was sent off in the ninth minute for inexplicably hauling back Pukki.
But when Wilson converted from the spot in the 61st minute after a header hit Norwich midfielder Billy Gilmour's raised arm it looked like being a turning point in Newcastle's season.
Norwich had failed to make the most of their numerical supremacy but Pukki struck a sensational left-foot volley to earn Dean Smith's side a point in the 79th minute.
The visitors should have claimed victory late on after a defensive mistake let in substitute Pierre Lees-Melou but he was foiled by home keeper Martin Dubravka.
Newcastle are now without a win in their first 14 league matches and stay bottom with seven points while Norwich, who are unbeaten in four games, moved up to 18th spot with 10 points.
Newcastle captain for the night Wilson could not hide his frustration after the game but refused to criticise Clark.
"We knew how big the game was. At 11 v 11 I think we'd win," he told Amazon Prime. "Mistakes happen in football. We're not going to dig anyone out.
"We kept the door shut until the end but it's a great finish. "We can't feel sorry for ourselves."
Before kickoff Norwich might have been happy with a point but they were left rueing an opportunity to put daylight between themselves and Newcastle with a third win in four.
"We're frustrated. I'd have preferred Teemu to go straight through and score the goal," Smith, who is unbeaten in three games as Norwich manager, said.
"We had to change our game plan a little bit and they were always going to try and kill the game at every opportunity.
"They got a dubious penalty which lifted the crowd and gave them something to hold onto."
Newcastle had started the game well with Jonjo Shelvey firing over but everything changed when Clark cleared a ball straight at Pukki who was suddenly through on goal.
Pukki still had plenty to do but Clark blatantly hauled him back and referee Andy Madley no option but to show the red card.
Norwich looked nervous though and fell behind when Gilmour inadvertently blocked Federico Fernandez's header with his arm and, after a lengthy VAR check and a visit to the pitch-side monitor, Madley awarded the penalty.
Wilson's kick was not the best and former Newcastle keeper Tim Krul almost kept it out, the ball going over the line off the underside of the crossbar.
Norwich struggled to put any pressure on Newcastle's defence but levelled when substitute Dimitris Giannoulis's first-time cross was met with a spectacular volley by Pukki
Translation - Indonesian Penalti Raphinha di akhir pertandingan memberi kemenangan Leeds United atas Crystal Palace
(adds quotes)
Manajer Crystal Palace, Patrick Vieira sangat kecewa.
“Kami hanya perlu menerima hasilnya.
