Source text - English ARTICLE 3. PRICE
In consideration of the provision of the Services and the transfer of the rights referred to in Article 7, X will pay to the Contractor the global, non revisable lump-sum of ([to be completed]) excluding taxes, in accordance with the details set forth in Schedule 4 of the Agreement.
This lump-sum covers all expenses of all natures related to the performance of the services, with the exceptions of costs (travel, accommodation, meals, transportation, etc.) incurred by Y for the needs of the execution of the Agreement, which shall be reimbursed by X at the rates specified in Schedule 2.

En contrepartie de l’exécution des services et de la cession de droits visés à l’Article 7, X paiera au Prestataire la somme forfaitaire globale et non révisable de [à compléter], hors taxes, conformément aux détails enoncés en Annexe 4 du présent Contrat.
Ledit montant forfaitaire couvre toutes les dépenses de toute nature que ce soit découlant de la prestation de services, à l’exception des frais (déplacements, hébergement, repas, transport, etc.) engagés par Y dans le cadre de l’exécution du présent Contrat, qui seront remboursés par X conformément au barème tarifaire détaillé en Annexe 2.
Par conséquent, le Prestataire ne peut demander aucune augmentation de prix, ni paiement supplémentaire pour des services qui entrent dans le périmètre des Services, même s’ils ne sont pas rémunérés expressément.
Le Prestataire ne saurait en aucun cas se prévaloir d’ une erreur d’appréciation ou de difficultés à exécuter le Contrat qui lui seraient imputables pour obtenir une révision du prix défini par le Contrat.
