festival city, New Cairo, Cairo Egypt, with Commercial Registration No. 96857 and Tax No. 533-263-913.
We SINOMA- -CD hereby invite your respected company to offer the concrete construction work (including but not limited to scaffolding, formwork, steel fixing, concrete casting work. masonry ,plaster etc..) and masonry work at EL-Salam City Housing Project, El-Nahda, Al Salam First Police Academy in Cairo, Egypt, the detailed required information as below:
1- Scope of work:
1.1 Project Place: El-Nahda, Al Salam the Police Academy in Cairo Governorate
1.2 The Project has total 47 Buildings, each building has 12 floors (1 ground floor and 11 floors).
1.3 Performing the Aggregate and sand supply and apply for the soil replacement as approved drawing — and Egypt Standard.
1.4 The Subcontractor shall submit technical and commercial offer for the work based on his company capacity (equipment, manpower and management ...... etc.).
The Replacement is carried out in layers, each of which is 0.25 m thick, using a mixture of dolomite sand (concrete sand) and graded siliceous and with a mixing ratio of 1 sand : 1 aggregate size (2) and 1 aggregate size 1 sand (or gravel sand soil cut off a mountain, and it is recommended that the asphalt percentage not be less than 50%).. It should also be taken into account that each layer is compacted using a vibrating grinder weighing no less than 18 tons, and to a relative compaction degree of no less than 95% of that according to the modified Proctor test.
1.The final quantity for labors shall be calculated as approve shop drawing.
2.The unit price includes all taxes, withholding taxes, labor fees, insurance duties and fees. according to the Egyptian Law, except the VAT 14%.
3.The unit price will be fixed and shall not be adjusted during the period of the Subcontract, unless the diesel change.
2- Sub-contractor Obligations:
2.1 The Subcontractor shall be responsible for the mobilization and demobilization for his equipment, tools, and all temporary facility on his account.
2.2 The Subcontractor shall be responsible for the accommodation and transportation for his labor, and employee on his account.
2.3 The Subcontractor shall be responsible for providing the full acceptance PPE (Helmet, Version, Safety shoes, safety belt.......etc.) for his labor and employee on his account.
And fully responsible for the safety of his employee or workers etc.
2.4 The Subcontractor shall be responsible to indemnify SINOMA-CDI for any accident related to his scope of work (such as settlement of formwork, collapse...etc.)
2.5 The Subcontractor shall warrantee the work during the execution of the work and till handing over the project to the client.
2.6 The Subcontractor shall be responsible for the security and safety for his equipment, property, and received material from SIOMA-CDI.
2.7 The subcontractor must arrange fixed authorized responsibility engineer be the site during the work time, any change authorized must be issue officially letter and get approval from The First Party.

إطار العمل:
١. ١. مكان المشروع: النهضة، السلام أكاديمية الشرطة بمحافظة القاهرة..
١. ٢. المشروع به إجمالي ٤٧ مبنى وبكل مبنى ١٢ طابق ( طابق أرضي و١١ طابق).
١. ٣. القيام بأعمال توريد السن والرمال وتنفيذ إحلال التربة طبقًا لرسومات العطاء الموافق عليها وللمعايير المصرية.
١. ٤. يجب على مقاول الباطن تقديم عرض تقني وتجاري للعمل بناءً على قدرة شركته (المعدات والعمالة والإدارة إلخ).
يتم تنفيذ الاحلال في طبقات، كل طبقة سمكها ٠.٢٥ متر، باستخدام مزيج من رمال الدولوميت (رمال خرسانة) ورمال سيليكا مهزوزة بنسب خلط ١ رمال : ١ سن (٢) و ١ رمال سن (١) (أو تربة رمال حصوية (تربة زلطية) مقطوعة من جبل، ويستحسن ألا تقل نسبة الأسفلت عن ٥٠٪) ويجب الوضع في الحسبان أن كل طبقة يجب أن تدك بواسطة دكاك هزاز لا يقل وزنه عن ١٨ طن ولنسبة ضغط لا تقل عن ٩٥٪ طبقا لاختبار بروكتور المعدل.
1. الإجمالي النهائي للعمالة يتم حسابه وفقًا للرسوم التنفيذية الموافق عليها.
2. سعر الوحدة يتضمن كافة الضرائب وضريبة المنبع وتكاليف العمالة ورسوم التأمين والمصاريف وفقًا للقانون المصري، ما عدا ضريبة القيمة المضافة ١٤٪.
3. سعر الوحدة ثابت ولن يتم تعديله خلال فترة التعاقد من الباطن إلا في حالة تغير سعر السولار.
2. التزامات مقاول الباطن:
2.1. يكون مقاول الباطن مسؤولًا عن نقل وتحريك معداته وأدواته ومنشآته المؤقته على نفقته الخاصة.
يكون مقاول الباطن مسؤولًا عن إقامة وانتقالات عمالته وموظفينه على نفقته الخاصة .2.2.
2.3. يكون مقاول الباطن مسؤلًا عن توفير معدات وقاية شخصية مطابقة للمعايير (خوذة، أحذية أمان، حزام أمان، إلخ) لعمالته وموظفينه على نفقته الخاصة. ويكون مسؤولًا مسؤولية كاملة عن سلامتهم.
2.4. يكون مقاول الباطن مسؤولًا عن تعويض شركة سينوما سي دي أي عن أي حادث يتعلق بإطار عمله (مثل تسوية صب الخرسانة، الإنهيار، إلخ).
2.5. على مقاول الباطن أن يضمن العمل خلال فترة تنفيذه وحتى تسليم المشروع إلى العميل.
2.6. يكون مقاول الباطن مسؤولًا عن أمن وسلامة معداته ومنشآته وما تسلمه من مواد من سينوما سي دي أي.
2.7. على مقاول الباطن أن يقوم بتعيين مهندس معتمد ومسؤول بالموقع خلال تنفيذ العمل، أي تغيير مرخص يجب أن يتم إصداره في خطاب رسمي ويتم الموافقة عليه من قبل الطرف الأول.

Tiene el Titicaca, por supuesto, pero el enorme lago sólo le sirve para que crezca su frustración, ya que en vez de conducirlo a otros mundos, sólo lo conduce a sí mismo.

هناك، في الفقر الذي هو أصله، في الموطن المتواضع والمحروم، أمام نظرة أهله الذاهلة وصمتهم المُطبِق، كان المسافر يخبرهم بالتفصيل الممل عن المسلات البحرية والأمواج والدلافين وأحواض بناء السفن والمد والجزر والسمك الطائر وناقلات البترول وأرصفة الصيد والمنارات المتلألأ وميضها وأسماك القرش وطيور النورس والسفن الضخمة العابرة للمحيطات.
