Source text - English These are some strategies that can help you boost your productivity:
1) Tidy up: Tidying up your workspace and getting rid of clutter can not only improve the utility of the space but also improve your decision making ability, productivity, and overall well being.
2) Make a to-do list: Having a written plan of action has been shown to increase productivity. It’s especially helpful to organize your to-do list in order of priority, so you know what to tackle first.
3) Focus on one task at a time: Avoid trying to do multiple things at a time. The human brian is not wired to multitask, so you’ll be more productive if you focus on one task at a time, rather than trying to switch between multiple tasks.
4) Block time in your schedule: Designate time to work on a certain task by blocking time in your schedule. This technique is known as time boxing. You can use a calendar app on your phone, computer, or email to block chunks of time. You can use this technique for work-related tasks or even household chores that you’ve been putting off.
5) Try the Pomodoro technique: The Pomodoro technique involves dividing tasks into 25-minute intervals, known as pomodoros, with a 5-minute break in between each interval. Setting a timer to demarcate intervals can help you stay on track, manage your time better, and meet your goals.
6) Limit interruptions: Take steps to limit distractions and interruptions. This could mean switching off your email notifications while you’re working or signing out of your social media apps so you don’t get tempted by them. You could also designate one or two days of the week for uninterrupted work and avoid scheduling calls or meetings on those days.
7) Learn to say no: Since you have limited time and bandwidth, it’s important to focus on tasks that can help you meet your goals. In order to improve your productivity, learn to say no to other requests that take away from your energy and don’t contribute toward your goals. Otherwise, it can feel like you’re always busy but never able to complete anything you need to get done.
8) Practice meditation: Meditation can help boost your productivity by improving your concentration, motivation, creativity, memory, and emotional intelligence.
Translation - Malay Berikut adalah beberapa strategi yang boleh membantu merangsang produktiviti anda:
1) Kemas: Kekemasan dan kebersihan ruang kerja anda bukan sahaja dapat meningkatkan ultiliti ruang bahkan dapat meningkatkan keupayaan anda membuat keputusan, produktiviti dan seluruh kesejahteraan hidup.
2) Buat Senarai Tugasan: Memiliki pelan tindakan bertulis telah terbukti dapat meningkatkan produktiviti. Senarai tugasan yang disusun mengikut keutamaan sangat membantu supaya anda tahu apa yang perlu diselesaikan terlebih dahulu.
3) Fokus satu tugas pada satu masa: Elak daripada cuba melakukan banyak perkara pada satu masa. Otak manusia tidak diciptakan untuk berbilang tugas, jadi anda lebih produktif jika fokus satu tugas pada satu masa, berbanding cuba bergilir melakukan pelbagai tugas.
4) Tetapkan blok masa dalam jadual anda: Peruntukkan masa untuk melakukan tugas tertentu dengan menetapkan blok masanya dalam jadual anda. Teknik ini dikenali sebagai kotak masa. Anda boleh menggunakan aplikasi kalendar pada telefon, komputer atau emel untuk menetapkan blok masa. Anda boleh menggunakan teknik ini untuk tugas berkaitan kerja atau kerja-kerja rumah yang anda telah tangguhkan.
5) Cuba Teknik Pomodoro: Teknik Pomodoro melibatkan pembahagian tugas kepada selang 25 minit yang dikenali sebagai Pomodoro, dengan 5 minit rehat di antara setiap selang. Pemasa yang diset sebagai pembatas di antara selang masa, boleh membantu anda kekal fokus, mengurus masa dengan lebih baik dan mencapai matlamat.
6) Hadkan gangguan: Ambil langkah untuk menghadkan pengalihan perhatian dan gangguan. Caranya dengan mematikan notifikasi emel semasa sedang bekerja atau menutup aplikasi media sosial supaya anda tidak diganggu olehnya. Anda juga boleh mengkhususkan satu atau dua hari dalam seminggu untuk bekerja tanpa gangguan dan elak daripada panggilan temujanji atau mesyuarat pada hari-hari tersebut.
7) Belajar untuk mengatakan tidak: Memandangkan anda mempunyai masa dan ruang yang terhad, sangat penting untuk fokus pada tugasan yang dapat membantu anda mencapai matlamat. Bagi meningkatkan produktiviti anda, belajar untuk mengatakan tidak pada urusan lain yang boleh menghabiskan tenaga dan tidak menyumbang ke arah matlamat anda. Jika tidak, anda akan sentiasa berasa sibuk namun tidak dapat menyudahkan apa-apa tugas yang sepatutnya diselesaikan.
8) Amalkan meditasi: Meditasi boleh membantu merangsang produktiviti anda dengan meningkatkan daya penumpuan, motivasi, kreativiti, memori dan kecerdasan emosi.
