The issue of female rights is not something new, the status of females has been discussed all throughout history.
However, the recurring issue has been the negative tone of the discussions and decisions made.
In all ancient civilisations, this important issue has been considered of, more aptly, ill-considered in a very judgemental and unfair way.
Historically, it was the strong mercurial Man who was in charge of everyone's fortune, till there came a true champion with a message of human equality and then the social conditions started change and women became respected and in charge of her own affairs - both spiritual and material.
That, about fourteen hundred years ago, was the true onset of female emancipation.
Translation - Malay Isu hak-hak kewanitaan bukanlah sesuatu yang baharu, di mana status kaum wanita telah diperkatakan sejak dari azali.
Meskipun begitu, pergulangan isu ini telah memberi nada negatif terhadap perbincangan-perbincangan dan keputusan-keputusan yang telah dibuat.
