I am Rafael Aquino, a passionate language learner and freelance translator. For the past six years, I have immersed myself in the study of languages, beginning with a deep exploration of Portuguese grammar and Latin. My lifelong fascination with literature inspired me to learn English, allowing me to read international works that captivated my imagination and motivated my learning journey.

Building on this foundation, I have also started learning German, with plans to expand my language repertoire further in the future.

I embarked on this translation journey to combine my passion for languages with a practical profession—transforming my hobby into a fulfilling career. With one year of experience in translation, I have worked on various projects, including literary translations and specialized texts, and I am eager to continue growing in this exciting field.

Additionally, I bring a technical background in graphic design, with six years of experience in the publishing industry, which enhances my ability to produce high-quality, visually appealing translations. I am currently pursuing a degree in physics.
