English to Turkish: Number The Stars
Source text - English Although she pretended to be absorbed in unpacking her schoolbooks, Annemarie listened, and she knew what her mother was referring to. De Frie Danske—The Free Danes —was an i legal newspaper; Peter Neilsen brought it to them occasiona ly, carefu ly folded and hidden among ordinary books and papers, and Mama always burned it after she and Papa had read it. But Annemarie heard Mama and Papa talk, sometimes at night, about the news they received that way: news of sabotage against the Nazis, bombs hidden and exploded in the factories that produced war materials, and industrial railroad lines damaged so that the goods couldn't be transported.

Fairness, honesty, timeliness and accuracy. These are the fundamentals of my perspective as a freelance translator. As a growing industry/sector in today's business environment, translation needs these considerations more than ever. We all see scams, fraud allegations or integrity violations almost everywhere in the business. It is quite a necessity that we all-as members of the translation community-must adhere to above mentioned fundamentals. As once Robert BOSCH, the founder of the Bosch Group, said:
"Never forget your humanity, and respect human dignity in your dealings with others."
