Banka kao tužitelj vodi 33 aktivnih sudskih, parničnih i ovršnih postupaka zbog neplaćanja po kreditima i plasmanima ukupne vrijednosti u iznosu od 36.527.265 kune. Banka je navedena potraživanja po kreditima i plasmanima rezervirala u skladu sa propisima Hrvatske narodne banke.
Protiv Banke se vodi 5 sudskih postupaka ukupne vrijednosti u iznosu od 1.642.476 kuna. Vođenje svih sudskih sporova Banka je povjerila vanjskim odvjetničkim uredima i vlastitoj pravnoj službi te se pouzda u njihovu stručnu procjenu oko ishoda spora.
Kretanje i iznos rezerviranja po sudskim sporovima u promatranim razdobljima prikazan je u Bilješci 24. uz godišnje financijske izvještaje.

IV COURT DISPUTES AND POTENTIAL LIABILITIES
The Bank as the plaintiff has 33 active law-suits and distraining procedures due to non-payment upon loans and placements in total value of HRK 36.527.265. The Bank has for the stated receivables on loans and placements made provisions in accordance with regulations of the Croatian National Bank.
There are 5 court disputes against the Bank in the total value of HRK 1.642.476. An external solicitor's office and internal legal service are in charge of all court disputes and the Bank relies on their expert estimate in respect of the result of disputes.
Changes in and the amount of provisions for court litigations are given in Note 24 to the annual financial statements.

Source text - English People frequently say that the COVID-19 pandemic is unprecedented. Yet from a bird’s eye point of view it has similarities with other pandemics, even other illnesses, and with other stresses and traumas. In fact, each situation of stress and trauma illuminates all the others. We are on the cusp of a science of stress and trauma. In this book we indicate how the current pandemic interweaves with that science, both benefiting and contributing to it. In other words, though in this pandemic each person and community feel that their sufferings are unique, in fact they overlap with other areas of suffering that can provide benefit to our collective wisdom. In this book two scientists from different parts of the world have come together to meld their knowledge of stress and trauma and apply it, together with their current observations, to understanding of the pandemic. Reciprocally, because all traumatic situations overlap, lessons from the pandemic will benefit other situations of stress and trauma. Thus the contents of this book are relevant to every traumatic situation. The book is laid out in the following. Chapter 1 considers previous traumatic situations, while chapter 2 compares them with the pandemic. Chapter 3 introduces stress and trauma terms and applies them to the pandemic. Chapters 4-6 explore the range of stress and trauma processes and consequences all the way from cellular to international levels. Chapter 7 explores the dialectic between death and resilience, while chapter 8 summarises the previous chapters. Finally, chapter 9 applies stress and trauma understanding to amelioration and treatment of COVID-19 consequences.
Translation - Croatian Ljudi često kažu da je COVID-19 pandemija bez presedana. Ipak, ako malo bolje sagledamo stvari, ona ima sličnosti s drugim pandemijama, čak i s drugim bolestima i s drugim stresovima i traumama. Zapravo, svaka stresna situacija i trauma pojašnjava neke druge stresove i traume .
Znanost o stresu i traumi je u usponu. U ovoj knjizi ističemo kako trenutna pandemija utječe na razvoj znanosti, a znanost nastoji u uvjetima pandemije pružiti pomoć. Drugim riječima, iako u ovoj pandemiji svaki pojedinac ali i zajednice osjećaju da su njihove patnje jedinstvene, zapravo su slične drugim vrstama patnje, a iz svega možemo kao društvo jako puno naučiti.
U ovoj su se knjizi dvoje znanstvenika iz različitih dijelova svijeta udružili kako bi na temelju svojih dosadašnjih znanja o stresu i traumi i svojih trenutnih zapažanja, bolje razumjeli i objasnili pandemiju.
Sve traumatične situacije imaju neke sličnosti, pa će iskustva iz pandemije biti od koristiti u drugim stresnim situacijama i traumama. Stoga je sadržaj ove knjige važan za svaku traumatičnu situaciju.
Knjiga je koncipirana na slijedeći način. Poglavlje 1 razmatra traumatične situacije iz povijesti, dok ih poglavlje 2 uspoređuje s današnjom pandemijom. Poglavlje 3 objašnjava što su stres i trauma i objašnjava ih na primjeru pandemije. Poglavlja 4-6 istražuju čitav niz stresnih i traumatičnih situacija i njihov utjecaja na nas na razini stanice pa sve do globalnih razmjera. Poglavlje 7 istražuje odnos između umiranja i preživljavanja, dok poglavlje 8 daje sažetak prethodnih poglavlja. Na kraju, poglavlje 9 objašnjava kako razumijevanje stresa i traume koristi u poboljšanju i liječenju posljedica COVID-19.
