I am a technical translator with over 20 years of experience in the translation industry. I have experience with technical translation, review, editing, and QA of technical and non-technical documents, as well as localization of software interface, online help, and documentation. For a period of 3 years, I also worked as a Software QA Engineer at FrontRange Solutions where my main responsibilities included writing and executing test cases for ITSM (IT Service Management) based on Product Requirements and Technical Specifications, tracking outstanding issues, logging new issues, and verifying/closing resolved issues.
