9.1. Indépendance du Concessionnaire
Le Concessionnaire, commerçant indépendant, propriétaire de son fonds de commerce (le cas échéant), n'étant ni une filiale ni une succursale du Concédant, agit en son nom et sous sa seule responsabilité dans ses rapports avec les tiers. Il ne peut donc en aucune manière engager la responsabilité du Concédant du fait de son exploitation commerciale.
9.2. Garantie des produits par le Concédant
Le Concédant garantit les produits contre tout vice apparent ou caché, pendant une période de 12 mois à compter de leur date de facturation.

The Distributor, independent retailer, owner of the company (if applicable), being neither a subsidiary nor a branch of the Licensor, act in their own name and under their own responsibility in their relationships with third parties. They can thus in no way incur the responsibility of the Licensor due to their own commercial operations.
9.2. Product guarantees by the Licensor
The Licensor guarantees the products against all apparent or hidden defects for a period of 12 months starting from the date they were invoiced.

Technical translation for financial, IT, engineering, construction, radio frequency, wireless and antennas, software, hardware, programming and, of course, general business texts.
At ease with actually spinning up and maintaining servers, websites, code-bases and all manner of Linux/Unix, Mac and Windows terminology. I work with the major Microsoft and open source termbases and glossaries, as well as the EU termbase for each language converted to a translation memory and used in MemoQ.
I am a licensed amateur radio operator and frequently communicate with other French and Scandinavian licensed operators. I have also worked extensively in the construction and engineering industries - mainly automotive and manufacturing - over my translation career.
Creative translation is also offered, with some 100 Franco-Belgian comic book translations being published from 2005-2009 (Lucky Luke, Yoko Tsunu, Wind in the Willows and many more). In addition, transcreation projects for marketing copy, brands and re-writing are also undertaken, having written successfully for many household names over the years (including Eurostar).
