For the past 12 years, Greg has worked in various technical and customer support roles, a lot of which was spent in management and training positions. He's worked for major technology corporations which has taken him to locations all around the United States, as well as the world He currently works with Fluency customers with technical questions, and he also provides one-on-one training with all new Fluency customers in order to ensure they get the most out of their new software.
