What translation project are you working on right now?
Translating a short story while subtitling a documentary while localizing a website. Extremely busy time! The coronavirus outbreak has generated a need for urgent translation. I am dealing with encouraging CEO communications to their employees and discouraging medical reports. Airlines website translation is so inspirational... planning holidays while there... Good stuff! Translating an essay on the "Orlando Furioso" by Ariosto. I had totally forgot how beautiful it is! Love being a translator! Having one of the best times of my life while subtitling a Latin America musical soap-opera. And it's so much funl! Craving for more episodes!
(edited) In these days I am discovering so much about psoriasis while subtitling an international medical conference! Extremely expensive fashion clothing... translating about luxury makes you look at life in a totally different perspective. And it's good... you learn to enter a new philosophy of life and to interpret the needs and the tastes of someone else.
