Just worked on a very interesting article about the benefits of being active and not sit for too long.... Very relevant! As a translator, we can be sitting at our desks for too long and forget to stretch our legs and move about.

that's so true! and there's no other way for me, I find standing desks very distracting. Movement is the only solution it seems
