"Limitation Period
The claims from both sides of the employment relationship must be asserted in writing within a maximum period of three months following maturity. After this deadline the claims may no longer be asserted. If a claim only falls due after the end of the employment relationship, it must be asserted no later than three months following maturity."

Je pensais à "revendication", mais j'aimerais une confirmation.

Non, c'est presque le paragraphe complet, la section d'avant concerne le secret professionnel, mais je ne pense pas que ça aide.

droits

Au départ je pensais aux revendications (salariales), mais les termes claim falls due, claims ... asserted et maturity (of a) claim me font plutôt penser aux droits (rights fall due, rights are asserted, rights mature).

Ma référence est suisse. Le ST aussi ?
