Bonjour,

Je suis à la recherche d'une solution pour le suivi de mes prospects. Les systèmes CRM me paraissent tous un peu compliqués.
Je souhaite essentiellement suivre et relancer des prospects.

Bonjour Anne-Virginie,

Personnellement, j'utilise un tableau Excel avec différentes entrées contenant les informations et les actions à effectuer (avec les dates). Lorsque je fais mon emploi du temps d'une semaine pour la suivante, j'ajoute ces différentes actions.
