Request for pool profiles

If I decide that I don't want to be in a pool group any more how can I delete my profile from the pools?

My concerns:
1) I don't know exactly where (what websites) my pool profile is shown,
2) who is visiting it (no visitors' tab),
3) whether visitors can see my full name and whether they can see what I wrote in my profile: not to contact me via proz (just as I requested on my normal profile) but I gave my email address
4) and so far I haven't received any

I don't see a delete button though.

Can you please, put a delete button to every pool profiles if somebody decides to quit a pool?

I sent a support ticket concerning this request Mar 8, 2018

I saw that earlier today my support ticket was assigned (to Karen Zaragoza), now it became open/unassigned again.

My support ticket became assigned again and then changed back to "open" again Mar 10, 2018

This is getting interesting...:)
I also wrote an email to Mike Donlin concerning this issue. No reply yet.

I think those members who decided to try out to be in a pool did not "sell their souls to the devil", so there should be a revoke option. Having a "delete" button at every pool profiles is essential. I'd like to delete myself from both pools (Certified PRO network pool and Pharmaceutical translators pool).

I have been removed from both pools :) Mar 12, 2018

Yesterday Mike Donlin wrote me an email that my pool profile would be removed from both pools.
This morning I don't see my pool profile in the 2 pools any more.

I mentioned that still a remove button should be added for every pool profiles.
He wrote he "would discuss a delete button and more details requested with those more technical."

Do I see pools differently than how others can see it? If so, why? May 7, 2018

Thank you for implementing this.

In March I asked a remove button.
I wanted to control my pool profile but at that time remove button was not possible, so my pool profile was removed by you. Since you removed my pool profile I don't have an activate and deactivate button.
Still I can see in my Settings: Note: You also have pool-specific taglines.
So somewhere out there I have a pool profile, I cannot see and cannot control?

You wrote in another thread now that we could search within pools by names.

This is what I see at the end of the pages when I open any pool page:

Why other translators can see the full directory?
Thomas T. Frost uploaded an image of the end page of CPN pool some days ago:

This means he can see the full directory, but not me.
What is the reason of that?

And this is how I see people's names in all pools:

Jane D.
Joe D.

No matter which pool I'm checking and which language pair I'm checking.
I tested it with English to German and translators' names are shown as Jane D. & Joe D.
So search by name is not possible.

The pool profile is "somewhere out there". Would you like them activated so that you can then control turning it on and off? You can let me know here or I would be happy to correspond via email mike at proz.com

Those that are in the pool and business members have levels of access that others do not.

Thank you for your answer. It's good to know that my pool profile is "somewhere out there".
Yes, I'd like to control my profile.
The reason why I asked my pool profile to be removed was: no full names were shown and now I see that translators cannot add their general proz profile links, other links, email addresses in their pool profiles and pool translators can be reached only via proz.com so I'm more determined that I don't want to be involved.

I think transparency should be the most important thing.

I already have issues with my general profile: I had a new anomaly on the 1st of May it turned out that somehow Translation was opted out from my settings/language pair. The weirdest thing is: I have never even heard about this setting before, so I could not change it by myself. I asked other translators and they had all services checked, but for me only Editing was checked. When I added Translation MAGIC happened: for 3 days again I received outsourcer visitors from the directory but now since 4 days nothing... Settings and profiles are like Matrjoschkas... hidden and nobody knows how many are left behind.

So, please active my pool profiles, so I can control them (at least I should).
