Obviously, it is designed to beat everything that pretends to be CAT and Translation Management software. However, it glitches too often, slows down my machine and offers no tutorial nor clear Get Started instruction.

Therefore, I cannot recommend it right away, although it may turn to be worth being me... See more

A quick trial's result: below the segment "work in progress", it shows suggestions from few unspecified on-line TMs along with MT (Google, MS and other) translation. You may choose which fits you better.
Significant and decisive drawback is that there is no link (I haven't seen any) to descriptive monolingual DBs. You will have to create and connect them manually.
