XTM editor shuts down so frequently

XTM Editor Having so frequent shut down due to "For Security reason, this segment has expired" error. As it occurs so frequently, we can only proceed with 3 segments each time before this sudden shutdown of the editor. It has been occurring since last Friday, October 22. Has anyone experienced a similar issue?
We have 4 translators working on the projects and everyone is experiencing the same though they are connecting to high-speed internet, having no other person working on the local ... See more
