English term

solvent scheme of arrangement

English to Spanish Bus/Financial Insurance
The case involves the first court challenge to a "solvent scheme of arrangement." A growing number of solvent London Market insurance companies have been seeking to use a UK law, known as the "Companies Act," to set up these schemes, pursuant to which the insurers would set bar dates by which policyholders must present all their claims -- including future claims -- for final resolution. convenio de aceptación de liquidación

De acuerdo con la descripción, podría ser algo así.
A Scheme is a compromise or arrangement under English law (Section 425 Companies Act 1985) between a company and its creditors or any class of them, which becomes legally binding on all creditors or any class of creditors if the necessary majority of creditors or class of creditors vote in favour of the Scheme and the English High Court approves it. It is similar to a United States plan of reorganisation.
