Comment: "Thanks for keeping it simple. Someone had mentioned accidente cerebrovascular trombótico. I read somewhere that accidente cerebrovascular was wrong because the event is not an accident, I just thought that was interesting. I am guessing that it has to do with whether or not there is trauma to the head. "
