imposte locali sugli immobili
"property" in questo caso, sta per immobili, non patrimonio. vedi:

è vero che la property tax può colpire anche altre forme di patrimonio, come suggerisce Oscar, però le property taxes imposte a livello locale gravano generalmente sugli immobili:
