Non-PRO English to Spanish Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Agency Agreement

By way of remuneration for his activities under this Agreement and to completely cover any and all expenditures, expenses and other costs associated therewith, the Agent shall receive a commission for each Commission-bearing Contract on the basis of the provisions contained in the present Section 1.
