Hmmmm... One's website's 'stop words' is another site's 'SEO' terms. Logical enough, I suppose...
Either way, 'reparos' (by itself) and all the English terms suggested so far are unlikely to have much effect besides generating 'clutter'.

CLARIFICATION "reparos" is not really a pornographic word. As pointed out by coolbrowne, additional context should be provided. The word is probably used in the expression "sin reparos", in which case you could use one of the answers suggested by our colleagues.

Context? Sorry, but there is no such thing as no context (which should be obvious by now, given the tentative nature of all suggestions). When the term is an item in a list, the list title is an essential element as is its specific purpose ("list of pornographic terms" and "for a pornographic website" are not specific enough). Another step in establishing context is to supply a few other terms in the same list (sort of "peer" terms), which would help the people who are willing to help you in their understanding of the scope, tone, and register of the terms in the list.

My use of "swallow" was a joke, as in "spit or-...", given the tematic area. The point is that the term "reparos" per se, on its own, has little translatable meaning.

I agree with MM "reparos" usually appears in expressions like"sin reparos" (unabashed/ly or without qualms/scruples/misgivings/reluctance), so if there is REALLY no further context, which I find hard to swallow, you could go for something similar to Robert Fs suggestions.

OK, you've told us about the theme of the document, but:

- are these terms taken from film scripts?
- if not, are they from an academic study about pornography? or from ...?
- what is the caption for the table?
- if it's structured in lists and sub-lists, what is the next-higher (sub-)heading above 'reparos'?
- if there's none of the above, at least give us three or four other terms in the list.

All the above constitutes 'context'.

It sounds like you are translating a list of terms that will be used for the purposes of *prohibiting* access to pornographic websites. I imagine therefore that the term used in association with such websites would be "sin reparos" (A Yahoo search of "sin reparos" + "porno" generates over 9000 hits, confirming this suspicion.)

In such a context, I think any of the three terms above could be used as a translation and that, given the nature of your project, you could well include all three.
