Will be okay to translate as a:
A gain in the fluid level could also indicate fluid entering into the borehole due to formation pore pressure higher than the hydrostatic pressure?
It's a translation about oil.

The term used in the oil industry is well hole.
Is the phrase well hole better translation than bore hole or well bore?
Please let me know.
