I am translating a medical report and an autopsy report about multiple organ failure.
TAC tórax-abdomen-pelvis:
Derrame pleural bilateral de forma ligera. Se observan adenomegalias mediastínicas centimétricas. El higado tiene tamano conservado; no se aprecian formaciones nodulares ni dilatación de la vía bilar intrahepática.
Does this mean "every few centimetres" or "a few centimetres in size"??
