Los observatorios web son los encargados de detectar tendencias e información para los usuarios. Estos sistemas clasifican la información de manera manual y presentan los contenidos encontrados de manera estática, que se basa en palabras claves. Los laboratorios escalables de la Web en tiempo real serían la versión mega moderna y útil de estos observatorios.

Re the references, there are so few that the asker might want to see them all - I've sorted out the chaff. It's different from a thesis in that there aren't definitive answers or acknowledged authorities.
If there had been one outstanding hit, I would have given it.
The asker has to exercise judgement on what I've suggested!!!

Mr. Lyons don't you think that just adding a google search as a reference is rather like saying "here's a map, the library is on XXXX street, go and and find it yourself". My PhD supervisor would have skinned me alive for something like that ;@)
