6.5 INSPECTION, TEST AND CONTROL STANDARDS
• No holes are to be drilled within 6 inches of any bootleg. The entire burn of the previous cut us considered as a bootleg.
• The designed grade of the heading must be maintained at all times.
• Always keep adequate ventilation to the face.
• Don't allow the reamer holes to break into other holes.
• No hole should intersect another hole.
• When drilling back and side holes, they must be kept straight and parallel, and to the design size required.
• Avoid drilling ***saw tooth backs and sides***. (Collaring inside the perimeter of the face and looking holes out excessively).
