: While I think Office of the President is more idiomatic, your suggestion is correct, however it should be "President's Office"

I would leave out the رئاسة personally as it is not needed. The university is divided into departments and the collection of all these departments form the رئاسة if you look at the uni official website and compare the English and Arabic versions you will see they don't translate it either

University of Baghdad - Office of the President
While Presidancy and President's Office may be literally correct (and note, it should be President's Office and not President Office), it's more idiomatic to say Office of the President. This is usually seen on official letterhead and seals, with the name of the university and then Office of the President separated somehow.
