This is part of a loan agreement. Here is the whole text:

Que las declaraciones de la Acreditada y los Obligados Solidarios contenidas en este Contrato, sean ciertas en y a la fecha de la Disposición solicitada, como si dichas declaraciones fueren hechas a la fecha de dicha Disposición

Here goes my try:

"That the Borrower and Joint Obligors’ statements contained herein are factually true and as of the Drawdown Date requested, i.e. these statements were made upon the date of the said Drawdown."
