to run an illegal parking lot
"Are you running an illegal parking lot?"
I realize it's more like an area along a street, than a "lot" proper, but in the context of this video it should be OK to stretch the term.

: oy, Mikola, you've got a serious and constant demand on street awareness, but this one seems to be most appropriate among the suggestions. I.e. Are you running an illegal parking lot?
Mikola, why not have your own web site for this?

Do you organize an illegal parking?

: "Illegal parking" would denote the activity of parking one's vehicle in an illegal space or lot. It cannot be used to denote the space or lot itself. And "a parking," with the article, is not English.

As a translator trying to cover quite a few fields, I do rely on colleagues, but you've been posting every little bit about that programme that's bothered you in any way for months!
