Hola a todos estoy con una patente que trata sobre cristales de alulosa y me encuentro con "heel" que en este contexto no sé a qué se refiere y no encuentro nada relacionado.

"...wherein the first admixture is obtained by combining with the first portion of allulose syrup and a *heel* comprised of allulose crystals and a mother liquor."
"...the allulose seed crystals are in dry form and/or in the form of a *heel*, such as a portion of a massecuite comprised of allulose crystals and a mother liquor."
