Spanish term

proven

Spanish to English Bus/Financial Accounting SAT - tax forms / billing SW
MEXICO (and Spain). I'm stuck on the word "proven" here. It appears as "Factura de flete proven" in a list of invoice types in a list of e-billing software strings. I'm not sure if it is a portmanteau (PRO+VEN), or a past participle of the English verb "prove"... or something else. And, as usual with these things, there is little useful context, just a list of types of invoice:

"Factura de flete proven
Factura de pedido con anticipo
Factura con pedido de compra
Factura sin pedido
Factura de premios y castigos
Factura con pedido
Factura sin pedido"

@slothm Yes, that's the same list that appears in my translation but without the PE/PS/PA codes. Going by Helena's refs, it looks like "proven" = PROveedor + VENtas.

Here as well (three times under Cuenta por Pagar heading):-

I'm not sure if this will help much but it doesn't seem to be an abbreviation or English. It is used elsewhere in the software guide where it states
"NroCuentaxPagar - Aplica solo cuando el Tipo del CFD sea 2 = Factura sin pedido, se le facture a la Sociedad “S003” por concepto de flete y la Clase sea = “KT”, es requerido capturar en este campo el número de cuenta por pagar (máximo 10 caracteres) como fue registrado en proven."

Cheers. I think a portmanteau of PROveedor + VENtas is a likely solution. The notion of "proveniencia" is usually expressed as "orígen" in these strings.

I have no idea whether or not the term needs to be translated, and if it does, how to translate it. salprov? salvend? salsup?
Note from asker:
So, it's a portmanteau of PROveedor + VENtas. Thanks for the help :)
You should post this as an answer.
