SPAIN and LatAm. This appears in a list of tax codes and definitions. It looks like it could be partial payments, but I have also seen it used to mean 'instalments'. I'm not sure what the most appropriate translation will be here. The DRAE defines 'parcialidad'as follows: "1. f. Unión de algunas personas que se confederan para un fin, separándose del común y formando cuerpo aparte." , so it could also mean some kind of grouping.
