Related co. -> a co in which another co. has a 20% holding or more according to the UK Companies Act 1981 (1985 Companies Act).
I can't fathom what percentage, if any, applies to the poss. Ital. version. But related to sure fits well with the weblink quote.
Dizionario Garzanti's partecipata -> associated co.: 20%-50% shareholding; subsidiary: beyond 50% sharholding.
