clutter
That's the word commonly used in English. Clutter is defined as "many things in a disorderly state / a confused multitude of things". To get rid of them is to "declutter".

Just a note to \"junk\", as proposed by Fuad: junk is an accurate word for the defintion Sami provided, \"old dispensable objects\". But actually, كراكيب are not necessarily dispensable. They are, just as described in the above defintion of clutter \"many things in a disorderly state\". They can often include memorabilia with sentimental value, things that can be reorganised and reused, etc.

Following Sam\'s comment, I just checked the word \"junk\" in Merriam-Webster - One meaning, the one I was aware of, is \"secondhand, worn, or discarded articles\" (secondhand - garage sales, makes sense). The other meaning of junk is - indeed - clutter. So I guess one word does not exclude the other.
