Come dicevo allora, "to unwind" (una posizione/una transazione, ecc.) significa uscire, chiudere, vendere, liquidare, regolare, ecc.
Quindi, nel tuo caso, potresti dire "costi di chiusura/liquidazione/regolamento/ecc." a secondo di quello che si addice meglio al tuo contesto.
Per quel che vale, alcuni siti specialistici lasciano il termine in inglese ("unwind/unwinding") ma non so se questa soluzione possa andare bene anche nel tuo contesto.
