fuorilegge

Dopo aver letto l'articolo, trovo che il senso non sia poi così ironico ("Wearing a pair of XXX meant that you either wrote graffiti or you were somehow involved in crime and the scene"). In ogni caso "fuorilegge" ci sta.

Teppista/Delinquente

Note from asker:

ribelle alle regole sociali / stabilite
Health groups had criticized Williams for his ***public scofflaw behavior**. Not letting the bad press deter him, he did it again during a concert the next day, saying that he had given up drugs and alcohol and that smoking was his only remaining vice.

malfattore
