English to Italian Science Wine / Oenology / Viticulture tasting terms
Violet, wild spices, smoked meat, cracked black pepper and herbs on the complex, inviting nose.
Enters sweet, supple and silky, with a liqueur-like ripeness and enticing aromatic character to the flavors of ripe raspberry and ***smoky*** plum, but then clenches down to reveal somewhat drying tannins.
Finishes with lingering ***smoky*** fruit.
