Entiendo que se refiere a los problemas que supone la presencia de sulfhídrico/sulfuro en el gas/alimentación, y a las pérdidas netas. Es confuso porque "relative" es un nombre aquí ("una relación de números"), y no una perífrasis verbal ("en relación a"), que es lo usual.
