Mi duda es con SD, no encuentro nada que lo explique en Google y en proz lo preguntaron en ruso... puedo pensar que es standar deviation, pero no estoy segura. Alguna sugerencia?

En tu caso, es posible que se aluda a esta fecha de inicio del estudio aprobada por el director del estudio; initial SD-approved date (fecha inicial / fecha aprobada de inicio del estudio (no clínico) -aprobada por el director del estudio.
